Upon entering the beautiful Arabian style villa it is easy to see why many consider it a place of spirituality and meditation. As you wind your way along the stone walkways you are led through picture perfect flower gardens. These are adorned with clay pottery, water features, rockery’s and comfortable seating areas. Wherever you look there is something to catch the eye, and the sound of peacocks just makes the setting perfect.

Here there are quaint cushion covered courtyards and balconies adorned with intricately woven Persian rugs. The beautiful sitting rooms are speckled in colourful light from the stained glass windows. There are no menus or serving counters in sight. Just choose an area to relax and one of the staff will be by to discuss their menu selection. This includes soft drinks, fruit and milkshakes, teas, coffees and lovely sweet treats.

The tea house is open past midnight, and indeed many choose to visit in the cool of the evening. This is when the villa and gardens have an ethereal charm, with the sound of crickets among the lantern lit walkways and seating areas. If the night gets chilly one of the staff will bring cosy blankets to wrap up on your cushions and gaze at the stars.
